This replaces the annual Foundation golf tournament, with a new event at a low cost and that can involve more people. We will still have the traveling cup (bowling ball) to display at your place of business for the year, and have planed a fun night of activates and great networking opportunities.

This will be a great event - everyone is eligible to attend, co-workers, family, friends, and raises money for the many activates the Lakeville Chamber Foundation funds during the year. Get your team together and WIN the prestigious traveling Foundation Cup! Sign up as a team or as an individual. Enter the strike port for a chance to win $200!

In addition, we will be hosting the Wall of Beer Raffle during the Foundation Bowling Tournament. Donate a 6-pack or case of beer for this great prize!

What is the Lakeville Chamber Foundation? The foundation builds resources and a business community network to expand the Chamber's educational programs and charitable support of business interest throughout the community. The foundation helps fund the following events and activities:

* Teacher Appreciation Breakfasts
* New Teacher Welcome Bags
* Speakers for business seminars
* Scholarships for Best Prep business program
* Other activities

21 Clarifying the US Visa Application Process

The U.S. Department of State has enhanced the efficiency, predictability, and transparency of the U.S. business and tourist visa application process. On Tuesday, September 21, Sadia Niazi, Consular Officer from the Office of Visa Services in Washington, D.C., will describe the support and services available to U.S businesses and other organizations who become involved in the U.S. visa application process. We invite you to bring your questions and learn how the visa application process can be demystified. Who should attend? Members of the business community interested in bringing non-citizens to the United States who will be: participating in training, working temporarily, attending trade shows or conferences, touring, or a combination of the above.
